How does pricing work?
Regular and one-off cleans are charged by the hour. Deep, end of tenancy and after builders cleans have a fixed price based on the rooms you need cleaned. Carpet, sofa and rug cleaning can be added to deep, end of tenancy and after builders cleans.
Will I have the same cleaner?
For regular cleans we always try to send the same cleaner.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Skip, reschedule or cancel whenever you need — just let us know in advance.
How does booking work?
Choose your clean, day and arrival time. Your price is fixed — we just check that a team is free and confirm by email. If that time is taken, we'll suggest other times and you choose one.
How do I give cleaning instructions?
Add them in "Anything else we should know?" on this page, or message us on WhatsApp after booking.
What if something isn't right?
Tell us on WhatsApp within 72 hours of your clean, ideally with a photo, and we'll come back and re-clean it for free. See how our re-clean guarantee works.
Do I pay now?
No. Nothing is charged when you book. You pay securely online from your booking page after the clean — by card or bank transfer.
How do I follow my clean?
On the day we email you when your cleaner arrives and when they finish, with before & after photos of every room. You can also follow it live from the link in your confirmation email.
