Do you cover my area?
We clean homes all across London. Enter your postcode to get a price — if you're just outside our area, send the request anyway and we'll let you know.
How does pricing work?
Regular and one-off cleans are charged by the hour. We suggest the hours based on your bedrooms, bathrooms and extras, and you can change them. Deep, end of tenancy and after builders cleans have a fixed price, worked out from your bedrooms, bathrooms and other rooms — you see the exact amount before you book. You can add carpet, sofa and rug cleaning to deep, end of tenancy and after builders cleans.
Will I have the same cleaner every time?
For regular cleans we always try to send the same cleaner, so they get to know your home and how you like things done.
Do I need to be home?
No. Lots of customers leave a key with a concierge, in a key safe or with a neighbour. Just tell us how we can get in when we confirm your booking.
Is there a contract?
No. You can skip, reschedule or cancel a regular clean — just let us know in advance.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
For regular and one-off cleans it's up to you: your cleaner can use your products and equipment, or bring everything — products, vacuum, mop and bucket — for £6 a visit. Deep, end of tenancy and after builders cleans always include all products and equipment.
I have pets. Is that OK?
Of course. Just tell us about them when you book, so we can let your cleaner know.
What if something isn't right?
Tell us on WhatsApp within 72 hours of your clean, ideally with a photo, and we'll come back and re-clean it for free. See how our re-clean guarantee works.
When do I pay?
Nothing is charged when you book. Your price is fixed and we confirm your date and time by email. You pay securely online from your booking page after the clean — by card or bank transfer.
