One-off cleaning: your questions
How much does a one-off clean cost in London?
£23 an hour, with a 2-hour minimum, plus a £2.50 booking fee. A 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat usually needs 2.5 hours: £60 in total.
Should I book a one-off clean or a deep clean?
A one-off clean is charged by the hour and covers the same as a regular visit, plus any extras you choose. If your home hasn't been cleaned properly for a while, a deep clean has a fixed price and includes the oven, limescale, skirting boards and more.
Can I add extra tasks?
Yes — ironing, laundry, inside windows, inside the fridge and inside the oven. We add the time to your suggested hours.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
It's up to you. Your cleaner can use your products and equipment, or bring everything for £6.
Can I turn it into a regular clean later?
Of course. If you like the result, just ask us to set up a weekly, fortnightly or 4-weekly plan — there's no contract.
What if something isn't right?
Tell us on WhatsApp within 72 hours of your clean, ideally with a photo, and we'll come back and re-clean it for free. See how our re-clean guarantee works.
When do I pay?
Nothing is charged when you book. Your price is fixed and we confirm your date and time by email. You pay securely online from your booking page after the clean — by card or bank transfer.
