We deep clean carpets with hot water extraction, using products that are safe for children and pets. Carpets are usually dry in 4–6 hours.

How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost in London?
Our fixed prices start at £170 for a studio or 1-bedroom flat with one bathroom — for example £200 for a 2-bed, 1-bath flat and £245 for a 3-bed, 1-bath. Enter your postcode to see the exact price for your home.
What if my letting agent or landlord isn't happy?
Send us their check-out notes or photos on WhatsApp within 72 hours of your clean. If it's something we cleaned, we'll come back and re-clean it for free, as long as the property is still empty and nothing has changed since. See how our re-clean guarantee works.
Do you guarantee I'll get my deposit back?
No cleaner can promise your whole deposit — landlords can also deduct for things like damage, wear and tear or unpaid rent. What we guarantee is the clean itself: we cover everything letting agents check on check-out day, send you before & after photos of every room, and re-clean anything they flag within 72 hours, free.
Is the oven included?
Yes. The oven, hob and extractor fan are always included, along with the fridge and freezer, the dishwasher and washing machine, and the inside of every cupboard and drawer.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No. Our team brings all the products and equipment, including the vacuum, mop and bucket.
Should the property be empty?
Ideally, yes. An empty property lets us clean inside every cupboard and drawer and where the furniture stood. If some furniture is staying, just tell us when you book.
Can you clean the carpets too?
Yes. Add carpet, rug and sofa cleaning when you get your price. Carpets are £70 plus £30 per carpeted room, cleaned with hot water extraction and usually dry in 4–6 hours.
Do I need to be there?
No. Many customers leave the keys with the letting agent, a concierge or in a key safe. Just tell us how we can get in when we confirm your booking.
When do I pay?
Nothing is charged when you book. Your price is fixed and we confirm your date and time by email. You pay securely online from your booking page after the clean — by card or bank transfer.
