Carpets, rugs & sofas

We deep clean carpets with hot water extraction, using products that are safe for children and pets. Carpets are usually dry in 4–6 hours.

Deep cleaning: your questions
How much does a deep clean cost in London?
Our fixed prices start at £170 for a studio or 1-bedroom flat with one bathroom — for example £200 for a 2-bed, 1-bath flat. Enter your postcode to see the exact price for your home.
What is the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A regular clean keeps a home tidy week to week. A deep clean goes further: inside the oven, the extractor fan, limescale in the bathroom, skirting boards, doors, radiators and the tops of furniture.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No. Deep cleans always include all products and equipment, including the vacuum, mop and bucket.
Can you clean the carpets and sofa too?
Yes. Add carpet, rug and sofa cleaning when you get your price. We use hot water extraction with products that are safe for children and pets, and carpets are usually dry in 4–6 hours.
Do I need to be home?
No. Lots of customers leave a key with a concierge, in a key safe or with a neighbour. Just tell us how we can get in.
What if something isn't right?
Tell us on WhatsApp within 72 hours of your clean, ideally with a photo, and we'll come back and re-clean it for free. See how our re-clean guarantee works.
When do I pay?
Nothing is charged when you book. Your price is fixed and we confirm your date and time by email. You pay securely online from your booking page after the clean — by card or bank transfer.
