Prices
Regular cleaning prices
£20.50 an hour, with a 2-hour minimum. A £2.50 booking fee applies per visit on weekly and fortnightly plans — there's no fee on plans every 4 weeks. Example prices per visit, already including the fee:

Regular cleaning: your questions
How much does a regular cleaner cost in London?
£20.50 an hour, with a 2-hour minimum. For example, a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat usually needs 2.5 hours: £53.75 a visit fortnightly, including the £2.50 booking fee.
Will I have the same cleaner every time?
For regular cleans we always try to send the same cleaner, so they get to know your home and how you like things done.
Is there a contract?
No. You can skip, reschedule or cancel a regular clean — just let us know in advance.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
It's up to you. Your cleaner can use your products and equipment, or bring everything — products, vacuum, mop and bucket — for £6 a visit.
How many hours do I need?
We suggest the time based on your bedrooms, bathrooms and any extra tasks — about 1 hour plus 30 minutes for each bedroom and bathroom. You can always choose more or less.
Do I need to be home?
No. Lots of customers leave a key with a concierge, in a key safe or with a neighbour. Just tell us how we can get in.
What if something isn't right?
Tell us on WhatsApp within 72 hours of your clean, ideally with a photo, and we'll come back and re-clean it for free. See how our re-clean guarantee works.
When do I pay?
Nothing is charged when you book. Your price is fixed and we confirm your date and time by email. You pay securely online from your booking page after each clean — by card or bank transfer.
